Once Order is placed and confirmed, we will Send Picture to you, plant picture as well as boxing picture.
If the plants are mailed, we are not responsible for any issue such as shipping delay, damages to the box, leaves burnt etc as they are live plant, we did our best to pack and deliver and we have zero control on delivery party as well as their handling of the packages.
Item will be packed carefully and professionally with wrapping on pot to avoid soil dropping, to stabilize the pot and its rooting, to bend a little on leaves, to wrap ard the leaves and branches to avoid break etc.
We cannot accept returns or exchange as it’s shared risk among sellers and buyers for online plants delivery, but we are experienced online retailers for plants, and we promised to pack and deliver within our best efforts.
If u can't tolerate minor defects such as burnt leaves, broken leaves or flower bud which are not intentional, please buy and support your neighbourhood nursery.

Orders from EAST Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) will be accepted and processed, but we hold NO RESPONSIBLE for ALL shipment related issue such as delay or late or damage boxes. If you can’t accept the terms, do not order, buy and support your neighbourhood nursery.
Do water your plants accordingly once you receive the plant, and water when the soil is dry enough, depending on your location, sunlight condition, humidity as well as fertilization schedule.
There are no fix watering schedule as time/location/humidity/sunlight location/wetness might change even in the same spot.
Any plants order after Thursday will only pack and send out Monday to ensure freshness, please do not complain of shipping delay.
