Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Orders 

  1. All goods are not returnable and/or refundable for reasoning of change of mind.
  2. Acceptable return and/or refund includes damages, product quality, and up to discretions.
  3. All products order related issue MUST be reported within 48 hours upon package retrieval with picture and/or video showing the issues.
  4. We will not entertain order related issue if reporting is done AFTER the timeline set (48 hours) via Whatsapp.
  5. The returned goods/products will be checked with Customer sending us all the products pictures via Whatsapp at
  6. Please allow 3 - 7 days for us to determine and process the return/refund progress and do corporate with our agents regarding questions of the said order and parcel.
  7. In case of approved return and refund, the packaging should also be in original/acceptable condition and in original/acceptable shipping container as received.
  8. If the goods/products has been used or without original packaging or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund provided.


Live Plants Delivery

  1. As of now, NONE of the Malaysia courier are accepting the Live Plant(s) delivery, hence all delivery are done at buyer's own risk.
  2. GardenMart4u do take the responsibility to provide FREE plant(s) replacement on case-by-case basis for Live Plant(s) order, such as dried up, witted and other issues upon retrieval.
  3. All Live Plant(s) order related issue must be reported within 48 hours upon package retrieval with picture and/or video showing the issues.
  4. Reporting should be done by Whatsapp at, date and time of pix/video sent will be based on Whatsapp receival date/time upon tallying with Courier Delivery date/time.
  5. We will not entertain Live Plant(s) order related issue if reporting is done AFTER the timeline set (48 hours) via Whatsapp.
  6. Our team will then investigate and feedback within 2 days and approve/reject the Live Plant(s) replacement request.
  7. For FREE plant(s) replacement request approved customers, please do place order for Plant Replacement and remark your intended replacement plant(s) and pay one time packaging and shipping fees for your FREE plant(s) replacement.
  8. Alternatively, you are able to get your FREE plant(s) replacement with your next order, please do remark in your new order to inform us of your intended replacement plants.
  9. Exchange of plant(s) types and species is allowed within the same price, top up will be allowed, no refund will be provided on balance amount.
  10. We practice ZERO REFUND for all Live Plant(s) order, please bear in mind upon placing the orders.

Lost Parcel

  1. For all LOST parcel, please contact with Courier directly and inform us via Whatsapp within 7 days of delivery date/parcel pickup date.
  2. Maximum claims allowed for all none-insured parcel are up to RM 200 only per parcel.
  3. GardenMart4u will assist and help Courier for investigation of Lost or Damage parcel, decision of approval of claim is solely based upon Courier, please do contact Courier seperately for claims.
  4. Pls do contact us if you intend to purchase for parcel insurance.


Approved Refund

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products upon return order, customer will received their refund within 7 -14 days after the confirmation.
