If the plants are received within 4 days and are found to be dead, we offer 2 methods of replacement:
Option 1: We will replace the plants and send together with your next order, do send us pix within 24hrs to get approval from us.
Option 2: If you do not wish to place a new order, then buyer will need to purchase “Live Plants Replacement“ and pay for the shipping cost.
